Ingredients:
- 4-5 Russet Potatoes
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- Shredded cheese
- Crumbled bacon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Poke potatoes with fork and wrap in foil
- Bake potatoes 2 hours
- Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato leaving a thin wall on skin
- Beat scooped potato with cream cheese, paprika, pepper, salt, and butter - gradually add milk
- Fill skins with potato mixture
- Top with cheese and crumbled bacon
- Bake until potatoes are heated through and cheese melts
