2 Layer Cake (3 Layer Cake) Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups/2 1/2 sticks butter (1 1/2 cups/3 sticks), softened
- 5 cups confectioner's sugar (6 cups)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (1/3 cup+)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (3 tsp)
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in mixer with paddle attachment on low until just combined
- Turn up speed on mixer to medium/high until frosting is creamy, scrape sides as needed
