Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups beef broth
- 16 oz. cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. American cheese
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 16 oz. elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. heavy cream or milk
Directions:
- Saute/brown beef and seasonings until no longer pink.
- Pour in beef broth, uncooked pasta, and milk.
- Run manual pressure cook (high) for 4 minutes.
- Do quick release and stir in both cheeses.
