Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
1 lb White Velvetta cut into cubes
1 tbsp butter
1 can (4oz) diced green chile's
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tbsp finely diced jalepeno's
3 to 4 tbspn milk (depending on how thick you want it)
2 tbspn cilantro (opt)
Instructions:
Dump all items (except milk) in a small crock pot/instant pot on low heat
Cover and stir occasionally
Add milk after 1 hour a tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency
