Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs cooked & diced chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed frozen veggies of choice
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, Butter Tastin'
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Put chicken, vegetables, and butter in frying pan, fry until butter melts and vegetables and chicken are heated through
- Mix cream of chicken, shredded cheese, Herbs de Provence, salt, pepper, onion powder, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder in large bowl
- Stir chicken into cream of chicken mixture
- Place biscuits in ramekins and push fingers into center so they form a bowl-shape
- Portion out chicken mixture into biscuit bowls
- Bake 12-15 minutes
