Ingredients:
- 1 package (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate squares
- 10 Tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup flour
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Spray 6 ramekins with "Pam with Flour"
- Microwave chocolate and butter for 2 minutes and whisk until melted and mixed
- Stir together powdered sugar, sugar, and flour - add to chocolate and mix
- Add eggs and egg yolks - mix with electric beater fixed with whisk attachment
- Pour mixture evenly into ramkins
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes - cakes are done as soon as top begins to crack
