Ingredients:
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp (1 envelope) instant dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200 F, turn off when temperature is reached
- Add flour to stand mixture attached with dough hook
- Stir warm water and oil, add to flour
- Add remaining ingredients
- Mix with dough hook until combined, then knead for another minute or so
- Place dough in greased bowl, flip, then cover
- Place in warm oven and allow to rice 2-3 hours
Yields dough for 2 pizzas
