Use for Burritos, tacos, salads, whatever
Ingredients
2 Tblsp Olive Oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 Tblsp lime juice
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon (Optional, but really adds to the flavor)
1 to 1 1/2tsp salt
1-2 lbs Chicken
Directions
Cut chicken into 1/2" strips or 1/2" cubes
Combine remainder of ingredients then add to bag/bowl/container/whatever with chicken. Mix well.
Allow to marinate for 2-24 hours
Dump bag onto pan/flat top/griddle on high heat with a bit of oil and cook until chicken is done
