Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese + more for topping
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Pre-made pie crust
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Thaw pie crust and place into pie plate
- Fry beef, drain and place into pie crust
- Sprinkle beef with 1 cup shredded cheese
- Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour onto beef/cheese
- Bake about 25 minutes, cover pie crust if it begins to brown
