Ingredients:
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans whole kernel sweet corn
2 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix
2 cups (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 TBSP sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into a large greased casserole dish or 9x13 baking dish
Bake approximately 1 hour
Instant Pot Directions:
Halve all ingredients and mix together
Pour into greased springform pan and cover with foil - avoid covering all sides
Pour 1.5-2 cups water into Instant Pot, add trivet
Make a sling out of foil and lower into Instant Pot
Set IP for 60 minutes, high pressure, 5 min natural release
