Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

• 2 cans creamed corn

• 2 cans whole kernel sweet corn

• 2 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix

• 2 cups (8 oz) sour cream

• 1 cup butter, melted

• 2 eggs

• 1 TBSP sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Mix all ingredients together

3. Pour into a large greased casserole dish or 9x13 baking dish

4. Bake approximately 1 hour

Instant Pot Directions:

1. Halve all ingredients and mix together

2. Pour into greased springform pan and cover with foil - avoid covering all sides

3. Pour 1.5-2 cups water into Instant Pot, add trivet

4. Make a sling out of foil and lower into Instant Pot

5. Set IP for 60 minutes, high pressure, 5 min natural release
