Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices texas toast bread, cubed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Cream butter and sugar
- Beat in eggs
- Mix in crushed pineapple
- Stir pineapple mixture with bread cubes
- Pour into 8x11 greased baking dish
- Bake approximately 1 hour
