Ingredients:
2-3 pounds chicken breasts
1/2 cup chicken stock/broth
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tblspn ranch seasoning dry powder (about 1 oz.)
5 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1 oz squares
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon dried parsley
6 slices bacon, chopped
Buns (suggest - Hamburger Buns )
Directions:
Begin to cook bacon, I suggest crispy.
Add Chicken stock, Italian seasoning, ranch powder and cream cheese to instant pot
Place chicken breasts on top ingredients
Put lid on (Sealing) and select Manual (11 minutes w/ 10 minute natural release)
Pull chicken from pot and let rest
Added Cheese, parsley, and hot sauce to pot and set to saute, stir and allow to thicken a bit
While sauce is thickening, shred the chicken and chop the bacon
Return chicken to instant pot and add bacon
Stir and serve on buns
