Ingredients:
- 6 5oz Maine Lobster Tails
- 1 Tblspn Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp White Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Set grill to high temp (500° F), and preheat
- Butterfly lobster tails (https://www.bhg.com/recipes/fish/basics/how-to-butterfly-lobster-tail/), and leave in fridge
- Add lemon juice to bowl
- Slowly whisk in Olive oil
- Whisk in remaining ingredients
- Brush flesh side of lobster with marinade
- Place lobster tails flesh side down on grill (clean grates are best, or brush with oil)
- Cook for 5/6 minutes and then turn
- Brush lobster tails again with remaining marinade and cook for another 5/6 minutes
- Lobster should be opaque and firm to touch
