Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 5 cups diced cooked chicken
- 20 flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
- Beat together cream cheese, water, cumin, salt, pepper, and onion powder
- Stir in cooked chicken
- Place down center of tortillas, add a little cheese, roll
- Combine cream of chicken, sour cream, and milk
- Spread small amount of cream of chicken mixture on the bottom of baking dish
- Place tortilla rolls seam-down in center of baking dish
- Cover baking dish with foil
- Bake at 350 F, 30-40 minutes
- Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese, bake another 5 minutes or until cheese melts
