Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 3/4 Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 40 mini Reese Cups, frozen and unwrapped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Cream butters and sugars
- Add egg and vanilla extract, cream again
- Add flour, salt, and baking soda, mix until just combined
- Scoop batter into 40 mini muffin wells
- Bake for about 8 minutes - do not over bake
- Pull from oven and immediately place Reese cup in center
- Cool completely and remove from muffin tin
