Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 14-16 oz. medium shells, uncooked
- 1 (24 oz.) jar marinara sauce (Prego Farm)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Set IP to Saute function. Lightly drizzle olive oil for a very thin layer at the bottom of pot. Add beef. Lightly sprinkle with onion powder, to taste. Brown the meat until no longer pink, drain.
- Add remaining seasonings, stir.
- Add chicken broth, stir.
- Cancel Saute function.
- Add shells to liquid, but do not stir. Press down into liquid lightly with spoon.
- Pour marinara sauce over noodles to cover completely. Do not stir.
- Put top on IP and make sure valve is sealed. Set Manual function (normal, high pressure) for 5 minutes.
- Natural release for 1 minute, then quick release.
- Remove lid of IP, stir. Gradually add cheeses and stir into noodles and meat.
