History-
The Romulans, needing a new, stronger Cruiser, used to do alone, combat and exploration missions amny older Stardrive Vessels couldn't do, except in multiple expeditions, and with numerous 50-100 meter vessels, and demonstrating 0Xe, and trying, but failuring to Force the Klingons back down to Crap Valley, the U-66's name, translated from Rihaansu, "Derestallum Rioklas", to "Presiding over Coloured Glass", the IRV Derestallum Rioklas and her Brothers and Sisters, furthered the Romulan Road to the Stars, and the vessels indeed grew out as strong individuals, often going out on voyages for decades, separated from even a Starbase, the last three retired in 2/2042.28 (August 28th, 2281), with many others, making the long toil, and helping the Star Empire, although struggling in the pre-Smarba days.
