SFB Ship Construction System 1a2b: 2X Ships

I reverse-engineered the general cookie-cutter layout from Supplement #2: X-Ships, and used it to build a new Ship Construction System especially capable of building 2X Ships.

You could use this to simulate TNG Ships, and it could be interesting, but this is 2Xe or 2Xs, when the Excelsior-Class Excelsior and Enterprise-B are in service, and this tech level is for more those ships, no Galaxy, no Vor'Chas, NO Sovereign Class!

History of 2X:

The Organians set up a new treaty zone, each nation having 100 ly of space or less, and much bigger neutral zones with lush colony worlds that encourage much trade and patrol, persuasion and occasional one-on-one ship combat determining who controls the trade.

Attrition units, like War Destroyers, War Cruisers, Fighters PFs and Heavy Carriers are put in a stasis field around Organia with the Dreadnoughts and 4 B-10s, to only be released in the event of a new invasion. The USS George Washington is, in it's 0Xl state, an aging museum and training ship, and many 0Xs Freighters and Auxiliaries remain.
