This is the Allspan, Omniverse, Multiverse, whatever you want to call it...

Each Strangely-Patterned Sphere is a linked grouping of Universes, Timelines, and connected to them, and sometimes visible as those blue-purple things are different-sized numbers of dimensions making up different states, beings, corridors, bizarre patterns of time.

In the 32nd Century, The United Federation of Galaxies develops Realitywarp to easily traverse this entire realm, the realm of everything, and in the year 3690, at the end of the 37th Century, the Federation Ascends, becoming a gestalt, omniscient entity intermingling and independent of all of this.
