Brothers of the Anarchist
This one is simple:
display ships of one Star Nation captured and converted by another Star nation for their own use, often not for technological secrets (as there are almost none left to give), and to use for propaganda, to do what that nation normally isn't so good at, to perform fire support, to fool primitive or non-aligned people, and for plain ol'combat.
The Anarchist himself will NOT be statted up here, since you can just take any ol' D-7M Statistics (easy to locate online), replace the Photon Torpedoes with HHB-1 Hellbores, the Disruptors with HFB-3 Fusion Beams, and add HH-Gs with p/a and s/a arcs. All else is either the same, or goes down a point, although (this just came to me), the Impulse Engine could be replaced with an HIC-2 (18 Power).

History-
This was not actually a conversion, although a few rumours on frontier worlds and guesses by Starfleet Intelligence convinced many in Starfleet in 2282-2284 that, for a while, there would be a new Klingon Conversion of the USS West Anglia, reported missing in April, 2282, with already tense complications and the Klingons developing larger warships and crossing the Neutral Zone for one-on-one battles and planetary missions, it was an unsettling imposibility, but then in 2285, it was discovered from an undercover SFI operative on a freighter, having returned from Iosia, as well as the surprise return of the West Anglia, having maintained radio silence and returned around a nebula and subspace vortex rich area to avoid two D-10 squadrons, has put this rumour to rest, although it still occupied some space in the Klingon Threat Files, as well as the Simulators.

History-
The IKS Tora'Tagahn, in a battle with the Starfleet Ships USS Hudson, USS Angus City and USS Tokyo on March 12th, 2268, was badly damaged, most of it's Human-Fusion House Drexa Crew dying in combat with Starfleet Marines and an Engineering Team sent to take the ship, the rest escaping in the ship's two shuttlecraft. The Frigate was towed back to Starbase 12 by the three ships working together, and at one of the base's orbital drydocks, the class was converted to Starfleet specifications, making use of some newer systems, eventually coming online on June 23rd, 2270 and immediately took part in an ambush, studying Starfleet Intelligence's report on a Klingon-Orion trade in KD-12 Disruptors and 2 RPL-1 Plasma Weapons, it ambushed and destroyed the D-20 IKS Khrever, sent to make the trade, and arrived, tricking the Orions, and crippling the Whaler-Class that arrived, destroying it's Pillsbearer-Class Escort.
Since then, the USS Domination of Commerce, with no regular registry, has patrolled in the Triangle, and occasionally performed in Fleet Actions, viewed as a rare, beautiful opportunity to fly a different ship.
IRV Debt of Honor
History-
This was speculated upon by Starfleet Intelligence in the late 2280s, based on some dubious sensor signals and talks of further Klingon-Romulan Tech Exchanges, but none have surfaced.

History-
The Trojan Leapfrog was once the Snow Pestilence, a heavily modified, gum, spit and baling wire Lightning-Class Blockade Runner, that was captured in 2344 and heavily converted over the next few years, being a fun look into custom engineering, handyman ingenuity, and modernizing an old speedster, thuroughly enjoyed by many of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers team working on her, and the newly-refitted Transwarp ship at first infiltrated various freight runs and freighter raids, sometimes joining in with several other raiders, gradually earning it's oddball reputation, and eventually, throughout the 2350s, the vessel was used as a transport by Starfleet Intelligence, and to infiltrate and assist in capturing and eliminating some of the nastier Syndicate vessels and bases, until it was finally destroyed soon after discovering a major Cardassian buildup near the Badlands, in a massive Starfleet-Cardassian Fleet Battle on November 9th, 2359.
Tongue in Cheek, some Starfleet Engineers and members of Starfleet Intelligence took some fragments of the Sharkhunters a Romulan Simulator Race, and postulated a potential conversion
of a Sharkhunter 1X Battlecruiser, using many of the best Starfleet Systems available, which made for a durable, Phaser-Heavy Ship capable of high speeds.
