History-
The Fecreditor-Class Heavy Cruiser was named for a boom in Centauran riches, as well as the high Accountant/Banker of the Centaurans. It was developed to perform a fairly sizable portion of Patrol, Convoy and Rapid Response Missions, but was a somewhat Exploration and Transport-oriented ship. It's more streamlined, compact hull paved the way for PDD and numberous other designs across the 24th Century.
