New Frankenstein Schemes
A Frankenstein Scheme takes a Category of systems from a different Race, then puts them together to represent a new Races Systems.
A Simpler version of this takes all the CCR Systems from a single Race, and Weapons from 1-2 other Races; - if Cloaking Devices are used, select either Klingon or Romulan.

empire, these horrors of Klingon legend struck fear into the nearly
fearless Klingons. Their design philosophy of total war machines
ensured that encounters with them were always lethal. Their ships are
limited to Class X or less in size.
Computer = Orion (WDF = 40 max, single only)
Warp drives = Klingon (power output x2, tandem only)
Impulse Drives = Klingon (power output x2, single only)
Shields = Gorn
Beams = Federation (Lasers only)
Missiles = Romulan (Plasma only, RPL-1)
Tech Level = 0Xs
Cybermen
Beings who went underground when their home planet, Mondas became a Rogure Planet, they gradually replaced their body parts with Cybernetics until they became a race of machinery-reliant emotionless humanoids, going through 7 major Models. They sometimes conquer, sometimes threaten, and sometimes take organic humanoids for conversion to Cybermen.
