1: Roll 1d10 for Superstructure

2: Roll 1d10 for X/1 MPR

3: Roll 1d100+40 for Total Power Supply; separate between the Warp Engines (usually 2) and Impulse Engine

4: Roll 1d100+2d10x10, two thirds become Crew, one third becomes Troops

5: Roughly a tenth of Crew, organized in Blocks of 5 are Passengers, Roll 1d10 for Shuttlecraft, and 1d6+1 ea for ea Transporter Type

6: Put any Weapons, old or new, in Opt Mounts, with 1d10 forward, 2 port, and 2 starboard

7: Roll 1d10 for 1/X SPR

8: Roll 3d10 for Max Shield Power

Double the completed vessel for a larger Auxiliary Cruiser or Dreadnought, normally this creates smaller Aux Ships.
