Nine Worlds Confederation

History-

The Nine Worlds Confederation is a longlived Ancient Star Nation, that usually operated at the 0Xl Tech Level, from 700 BC to 300 BC.

They united from nine volatile, trade-oriented races, and often warred with, or rigorously competed with, thousands of other races, using the early Orions as Slaves, and then, a few thousand years later, servants, until the early Orions eventually got their own legit freighters and transports, and secret raider ships, composed of various simple geometric shapes and copied designs of other races, with ornamental writing, fins and antennae sticking out of them.

The Neimans were Humanoid, with light, medium and dark brown hair, and yellow, orange, and rarely red skin. They were belligerent, and were highly worried about some of the other Nine Worlds Confederation Races before they joined, and later, worried that the Orions would gain power over them. They eventually tried to organize a genocide against the Orions

The Dialogans were a flexible, rubbery pale pink species with roundish heads that have three beady little eyes, four nostrils, and beaked mouthes, short, thick trunks leading to two strong, sturdy legs, and they have four slimy, thin tentacles each with a pentagonal protrusion used somewhat like a hand. They are curious, rather observant, and detached from normal humanoid emotion. They were willing to join the Nine Worlds Confederation to remain safe from dangerous beings and phenomenae, and have seen the vast benefits in trade.

They were often timid, hit-and-run kinds of people, evolving on a .6g world 4 AUs from it's sun where numerous 5-6 meter long ferocious lizard, tiger and alligator-like predators were often eager for hunting, and three quarters of which had night vision and even partial x-ray vision.
