Phaser-Is/IIIs: For Phaser-Is, have x0.75 Charges, and take away the Rock Disintegration Mode, for Phaser-IIIs, have x1.66 Charges, and add an additional Rock Disintegration Mode at +15 Damage.

The Mk I, Mk II, and Mk III Hand Lasers, were deceloped in 2156, 2202 and 2224, serving as the early Earth and Federation Hand Weapons. Eventually replaced by Phasers in 2256.
