History-
This is the world of a race of beings who were created by an addled nanny and diaper sniffer. They are Babies. Technological Babies, They are cyborgs with TVs in their tummy, and are constructs who are designed to be dumber than babies, and to be eternally infantile.
Teletubbies are 1.2 to 1.6 meters tall typically, although they sometimes grow to be as big as 4 meters. They rarely are rebellious or disagreeable, and chant "Naughty No-No!" when someone pisses them off. They sometimes leave Teletubbyland in ships, sometimes professionally produced fighters, freighters and transports, sometimes poorly built monstrocities, and if they catch people coming to their territory, they turn them into
babies.
New Teletubbies are birthed in special incubators, by both mating and by DNA/Cyborging machines, starting off as Tiddlytubbies, then gradually growing into Walking, Babbling Teletubbies at the age of 15. Some of these are brand new, unique Teletubbies, of brand-new colours and Antenna Shapes, new names and personalities, and live scattered throughout Baby Space, many others are identical replacements, when one of the four "Normal" Teletubbies are captured, Killed, or crippled. To the Teletubbies, they live out an eternal Infancy, where everything is new, they don't know how their stuff came to be, they don't know who talks to them, they easily fall into lovey friendships and forget damn near anything not in front of their direct perception.
