HELP!!! Star Trek's got Problems again!!!

The Tonnage Problem. What is this? Star Trek has two different scales for Ship Mass.

1: The older one started by Franz Joseph and furthered by SFB, FASA, Jackill and Todd Guenther/Aridas Sofia

2: Mike Okuda, Doug Drexler (Fuck Him), and Rick Sternbach's one, where everything is way bigger

I prefer the older one, which is much closer to Real World Naval Warships/is smaller. Clearly, it's better.

Here is the conversion between the two:

1 mt on smaller scale = 12.5 mt

This way, the FASA Galaxy mass of 397,000 converts to the Backstage scale of 5,000,000.

2: Klingon Foreheads

Yes, the all-time Trek Question, and I don't care if retards at UPN "think" they solved it, people have been going with two common, and several smaller explanations, and went off in different, yet recognizable directions. Different Continuities, perceptions, etc.

1: Klingons genetically engineered Human and Romulan combination versions of themselves out of a belief that they would be better in interacting with members of those races, and in alien environments, a belief that didn't have a whole lot of proof to it.

2: They always were that way, you just didn't see them, or maybe revise it so that they were there, budget just didn't cover it.

3: There are Northern and Southern Racial Variants.

4: A Tribble Allergy or 8X Being's curse gave them the headridges.

5: the Quch'ha were created by a retarded attempt at a 3-episode mini-arc, and it was stopped by the Greatest Docter in the United Federationof Countries Starfleet and an Administrater.

6: Subject Races of the Klingons.

There are also explanations that these Fusions died out or were banished out of the empire, on distant worlds or nomadicly travelling in starships, and I merely assume that there are simply fewer fusions in TNG, except for a few Fusion-rich colony worlds.

3: What was the mysterious USS Andromeda Caraig made?

I only remember 1/3rd of this one, but he made a USS Andromeda based on the assumption that Andromeda was somewhat related to a Far Future of Star Trek. It is an alternate 3X, or "Very Advanced" Heavy Cruiser, and what I remember of it's Ship System Display is as follows:

Special Sensors: 2-4?

Hull: 16x F Hull, 8x A Hull

Warp: 2x 26-point nacelles

Maybe some kind of Slipstream Box

Impulse: 6

Btty: 6

8 Rapid Firing Tachyon Missile Racks

13-16 Rapid Fire Particle Beams

Forward Shield of 60, 45-52 for the other boxes
