I made this ship to show a Romulan attempt at a 2Xe Destroyer, and a Transwarp vessel, and flew a Baker Class DD in two simulations, one a Mk II, the other a Mk IV. I lost both times, between this and the T-19 Missile Destroyer, I've easily created one of the highest-quality possible Romulan Destroyer Arsenals.
