This should save some time: it's the Counter I had long left unfinished. Shame on me. Here is it's capabilities. It has the "Long Lance" Photon Torpedoes some Klingon Costumer Group gave to the D-30 ghop Mo'Hegh Class Transwarp Battlecruiser, it did fairly well as a pretty more than okay advanced DD, and 108 were built at a rate of 14 per year from 2288 to 2295.
