To use Saral, you need to create a different account. Please create a Saral account by following the steps below:

·         Download our Saral app from Google Play Store

·         Once downloaded, simply click on sign up to create a new account

·         Verify your mobile number

·         You’re ready to use Saral now. 


2. What is the minimum recharge value for activating my Saral account?

There is no minimum recharge value required to activate your Saral account. You can start shipping by paying the shipping charges during checkout.


3. What can I ship with Saral?

Note: Please avoid sending restricted or dangerous goods with Saral.

Given below is an indicative list of all dangerous or prohibited products you cannot ship via Saral:

Dangerous Goods

a. Oil-based paint and thinners (flammable liquids)

b. Industrial solvents

c. Insecticides, garden chemicals (fertilizers, poisons)

d. Lithium batteries

e. Magnetized materials

f. Machinery (chain saws, outboard engines containing fuel or that have contained fuel)

g. Fuel for camp stoves, lanterns, torches or heating elements

h. Automobile batteries

i. Infectious substances

j. Any compound, liquid or gas that has toxic characteristics

k. Bleach

l. Flammable adhesives

m. Arms and ammunition

n. Dry ice (Carbon Dioxide, Solid)

o. Any Aerosols, liquids and/or powders or any other flammable substances classified as Dangerous Goods for transport by Air

Restricted Items

a. Precious stones, gems and jewellery

b. Uncrossed (bearer) drafts/cheque, currency and coins

c. Poison

d. Firearms, explosives and military equipment.

e. Hazardous and radioactive material

f. Foodstuff and liquor

g. Any pornographic material

In case a user ships the above-mentioned products via Saral; 

1. The user may have to pay hefty penalties

2. No member of Saral will be responsible and liable for any loss, damage, theft or misappropriation of such products.


4.Is Saral available in Hindi?

Yes, Saral is available in both Hindi and English.    


5. Do you have a postpaid plan for Saral users?

As of now, we don’t have any postpaid plan for Saral.


6. What is the maximum weight limit for sending my shipments with Saral?

The maximum weight limit for Saral is 15 kgs. However, please do not ship extra-large shipments that can't be carried on a bike. 


7. Can I send my personal documents/products with Saral?

Yes, you can ship documents however risk factors are involved


8.Do I need to submit my KYC details for Saral?

No, KYC is not required to ship your products with Saral.

10. How to add my pickup location in Saral?

To add your pickup location:

You can also add a pickup address directly from the create order screen. 


11. How to create an order and add a delivery location in Saral?

You can create an order in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Select a pickup location from the drop-down or add a new pickup address.

Step 2: Enter the name, contact number, and address of the recipient/buyer. You can also use previously saved contacts of your Saral phonebook.

Step 3: Enter the product details such as price, payment method, and shipment weight. If you want to charge your customer for shipping/delivery, you can add the same here. If you are sending a package, simply select the items and weight bracket.

Step 4: Review your order and select the preferred courier partner. Raise a pickup request immediately or after recharging your Saral wallet. 

 

12. Saral: I am unable to find a location on map. What do I do?

Sometimes it's not easy to find the exact delivery location on the map. We recommend you find the nearest landmark and add the rest of the address in the space given below. However, the distance between selected and actual location should not be more than 200 meters.


13. Can I cancel my Saral order? When will I get my refund?

Yes, you can cancel your Saral order if it's not in the out for pickup status or no driver is assigned to it. In case of cancellation, you'll get your refund within three working days.


14. Is return functionality available in Saral?

No, return functionality is not currently available for Saral orders. 

15. How agent will identify that seller belongs to SARAL?

Agent will be able to check Internal CRM > Seller info > click on view details > click on seller profile >Product tag SARAL


16. Can seller add same Bank account on SARAL & shiprocket ?

No, It can't be same

17. What will be the billing cycle for invoices ?

Same as shiprocket


18. How to check weight discrepancy if any ?

No weight discrepancies will be raised since it works on distance


19. If cancellation is not possible in out for pickup, what seller will do?

Seller would have to make sure to create orders he has kept ready because after driver is assigned (Out for pickup), it cannot be cancelled.


20. Early COD option available or not ?

This feature is not available 


21. POD option available or not ?

This feature is not available 


22. What will the seller will do in case of lost & damage ?

   Same as Shiprocket (5k or product value) whichever is less)


23. Bank verification procedure 

Same as shiprocket, Auto verification procedure 


24. In case states are different however within 50 kms radius,will SARAL work?

It will work depending on the serviceability from the courier's end


25. Any specific pick up cut off timing ?

Usually pickup is done within an hours time as driver is assigned immediately if available


26. If pickup schedule in night,will it get picked ?

If the driver is available or there is serviceability, it might get picked


27. Does SARAL available in IOS?

No


28. If there is any recharge failure whom agent need to assign the case?

30. Cancellation option is available on SARAL or not ?

After courier is assigned, cancel button is available in the order detail page or package detail page until the status changes to Driver assigned. It is disabled after this status


31. Can a seller get the balance transferred to account from wallet ?

No, Suggest the seller to do recharge of the required amount
