If seller want to activate SR- Engage service then:-
Advisor VOC- Sir/Ma'am, I am arranging a call back from Engage team for activation and will request you to please wait for 24-48hrs for call back.
The tickets should have below details:-
1. Company ID
2. Contact Person Name
3. Contact Number
4. VOC of seller
FD Ticket (For Activation and Deactivation or Call back from Engage Team):-
What is the process if seller wants to discontinue this service ?
Ans- We will try to retain the seller by sharing USPs, if still seller is adamant then we will take the deactivation request and provide TAT for 24-48hrs ( assign ticket to Customer support Call Center - Rajan, will also mention the reason for deactivation)
