FAQ 4.What are the cut off timings.

Ans :-

Sir/Ma’am, Minimum criteria can be reduced if there are more pickups from the same pincode area

Also, pickup time can be varies basis your location, hene whenever you are creating any order please ensure the shipment is ready for the handover for timely pickup.

FAQ 7.What is live and Inactive Lane ?

Live lane is where the couriers are active currently for SDD and NDD service

For Inactive Lane we can take the request only if the ADL is above the set margin e.g -30 and above.TAT will be 5-7 working days for an update.

FAQ 8. What will be the activation TAT for SDD and NDD service for active lane?

Ans :- 24-48 hrs.

FAQ 9. What is the activation process for active lane ?

Ans- For active lane collect below details provide TAT of 24-48 working hours and share with karuna & Abh to forward details to Inhouse team (Manohar & Team)

FAQ 10. What is the activation process or Inactive lane/City

Ans- For inactive lane/city collect below details provide TAT of 5-7 working days for an update and share with karuna & Abhishek to forward details to Inhouse team (Manohar & Meenakshi)
