Engage NDR
Free "NDR feature" under SR Engage service will be discontinued from 12th May-23 and some additional charges will be levied in case the seller wants to continue using the NDR feature under Engage.
The Seller will be notified via email and WhatsApp notifications, starting from 10th-May-23.

Note :
Sellers are being informed by email and WhatsApp about NDR discontinuation.
In case you wants to avail the NDR service in Engage, TAT will be 24-48hrs (Fill the tracker, link mentioned above)
Charges will be INR 1 + GST per Order (Additional 18% GST charges will be levied on INR 1), Seller will be informed via call about activation status.
5% + GST (Additional) of shipment value as per normal NDR feature (Delivery boost) will not be applicable under Engage.
You can use the Delivery Boost separately (Inform the feature/benefits on call and path can be shared for activation).
FAQ's
FAQ 1 .Why are you shutting down NDR?
Sir/Ma’am you have received this notification because for initial phase we were providing NDR service to all the Engage user at free of cost. You can still use NDR on WhatsApp under Engage service with an additional cost of 1Rs per order.
If Seller agrees – Sure Sir/Ma’am I am forwarding your request to the engage team and the feature will be continued under Engage service.
You will receive a confirmation call within 24-48hrs (Collect alternate contact no. too)
If Seller disagrees – take VOC
If Seller wants to deactivate Engage– take request , inform within 24-48hrs seller will get a call.
FAQ 2- How can we continue to Use NDR on Engage?
- Yes Sir/Ma’am, you can continue using NDR on engage at additional cost of 1Rs per order. I am forwarding your request to the engage team and the feature will be continued under Engage service .You will receive a confirmation call within 24-48hrs (Collect alternate contact no. too)
FAQ 3 - I do not want to continue with engage?
- Sure Sir/Ma’am, I am forwarding the request to the engage team and they will connect with you within 24-48hrs.
FAQ 4 - Will NDR be auto deactivated from my account?
- Yes Sir/Ma’am, NDR feature will be auto deactivated from 12th May.
FAQ 5 - Which is better - Delivery Boost or Engage ?
- Sir/Ma’am, If you will use NDR service under Delivery Boost , your buyer will receive the messages from Shiprocket’s number and if you will opt NDR service under Engage then messages will be sent from the number same as of Engage.
FAQ 6 – What needs to be done incase Seller contacts after deactivation e.g.- after 12th-May?
Agent will mention request in tracker and ask Seller to wait for 24-48hrs.
