Quote Requests from MySeed

NOTE: Listing products on MySeed requires a Plus or Enterprise Seedtrakr subscription

PRE-REQUISITE: You must have the "Allow Partner Requests" setting enabled in your company settings to list seed on MySeed

MySeed Quote Request Summary:

Seedtrakr users are able to accept or deny quote requests sent from the MySeed app
Users can showcase their products on MySeed, allowing others to view and request quotes with ease.

Quote Requests

Navigate to Requests Page under network.

Then Select the Received MySeed Quote Requests tab to see all quote requests sents from MySeed.

Click the Accept or Deny buttons to approve or decline the request.

Note: Accepting or Denying the request will send an email notification to the MySeed user who sent the request.

Accepting the quote request will open up a new dialog.

To link a MySeed user, you need to either select an existing customer or create a new one.

NOTE: After a MySeed quote request has been accepted and linked to a Seedtrakr customer, that MySeed user and Seedtrakr customer will be linked.
Any future quote requests that come from them will automatically be linked to the previously selected customer.

Once you accept the request, a new action button will appear, allowing you to navigate directly to the newly created booking associated with it.

From the booking details page, you can send the quote back to the MySeed user for their approval.

This will send a email notification to the sender, for reviewing the quote.
