Over the past few years, one of Korea’s most famous zombie movies created was “Train to Busan.” After they released the movie, it was difficult for many fans to not compare any other zombie movie with ‘Train to Busan.’ But recently, a new zombie Netflix series has been released. Streaming on Netflix, it’s called, “All of Us Are Dead.” Many fans have called ``All of Us Are Dead,” the successor to “Train to Busan.'' I can also add that as an avid watcher of many zombie shows/series, ‘All of Us Are Dead,’ is definitely different when compared to many other shows.

In “All of Us Are Dead,” depicts a normal school day in which students are normally going in between classes like any school would. As we continue through the first episode, though, the show establishes a science teacher, which few of the students are fond of for his ‘rotten stench.’ We later find out that this science teacher isn’t just your average teacher, but he’s been researching zombies and has been testing the viral infection on many of his caged animals. The show, not only displays horror, thriller, and fiction, but also romance. The directors and show makers definitely tried their best to recreate that young adult feel about it with the characters, as many of the characters have personalities that many of us can relate to. The romance essence adds to the show that they aren’t just people trying to survive in a zombie-filled world, but they’re also young teenagers who yearn for that aspect in life.

In conclusion, “All of Us Are Dead,” is a good two-day watch when you’re looking for horror but also adolescent love. It’s a good mix between the two and seeing character development and chemistry is also involved in the plot. The likable characters and plot will leave you hoping for more at the end.
