Not even a month after the horrific events that occured at the Astroworld festival, Hulu came out with a documentary called Astroworld: Concert From Hell. The description for the documentary read "Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival was supposed to be the concert of a lifetime. But it turned into a tragic nightmare. A minute-by-minute look at what happened in the crowd, the young victims who were killed, and what happens next." The 50 minute documentary was released on Hulu December 2, but immediately pulled from the streaming services hours later after facing tons of backlash. Many social media users criticized Hulu for the timing of the documentary being "insensitive to the victims and families."

A spokesperson for Hulu stated "This was an investigative local news special from ABC13/KTRK-TV in Houston that originally aired on November 20th. This was not a Hulu documentary and has since been removed to avoid confusion."

On Nov. 5, Astroworld turned tragic during Scott's performance at the festival when the crowd of 50,000 people surged, resulting in a panic that left 10 people dead. There are currently multiple ongoing lawsuits filed on behalf of concertgoers against Scott, the venue, and other people involved in the tragedy.
