Thai tea is a popular sweet drink that originates from Thailand. Its served cold or hot based on your preferred preference. It also has health benefits for the body. It has a certain ingredient that lowers the chances of getting cancer. The ingredient is black leaves which contain antioxidants that could help with cancer. Drinking this in moderation could help prevent a future heart attack. It can help with arteries that can normally cause a heart attack. The drink contains caffeine which can be a good way to ensure that with the right exercise and moderation of drinking can lead to weight loss. Thai tea provides half of the caffeine you usually get from a coffee.

RECIPE

  • 1 quarter half and half
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • Cha Thai tea bag
  • Tapioca pearls
  • water

Instructions

  1. Boil water and white sugar for at least 5 minutes in a small pot.
  2. Boil tapioca pearls with water on a slow burn for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare a cha thai tea bag by using a coffee maker
  4. Combine all three ingredients from the previous steps to make your very own Thai tea.
  5. You can store the Thai tea in a fridge to keep it cool or serve it hot.
