Super Bowl Predictions

Although 2020 was a tough year, one thing to look forward to was football!

The championships are set and the Super Bowl is around the corner. Both of the number one teams are still alive, with the Green Bay Packers overthrowing the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday and the Kansas City Chiefs beating the Cleveland Browns comeback run.

The top teams will go on to face challenges with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Buffalo Bills. There are many different outcomes and predictions as to which two teams will reach the Championship.

The Chiefs are looking to be the first team to play at the Super Bowl for two years in a row since the New England Patriots in 2003-2004. Tom Brady, the former quarterback of the Patriots team, is looking to get in a win for the first time since being with the Bucs. The Bills and Josh Allen are hoping to get the big win for the first time in history.

First prediction, Green Bay Packers vs Tampa Bay Bucs. The main buildup for the NFC Championship Game will be spotlighted on Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers (quarterback for the Green Bay Packers). Many argue that Brady is the greatest football player ever. Rodgers on the other hand, is arguably the most talented quarterback to ever play. Tampa Bays defense caused trouble for the New Orleans Saints quarterback, Drew Brees. If the Packers defense protects Rodgers and gets to Brady, they have a good chance at winning against the Bucs. For the Packers overall, I think they have a really good chance at taking this because they have many ways to beat their opponents with their defense.

Second prediction, Kansas City Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills. This past Saturday, the Bills defeated the Baltimore Ravens with their strong defense. The main star of the game was Taron Johnson when he intercepted the ball and ran 101 years to score at the end of 3rd quarter. Kansas City played the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Towards the middle of the game, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes left the game due to concussion protocol. Their defense did just enough to pick up the win.

This year's playoffs are filled with the four best teams. My bet would be the Packers and Bills for Superbowl. The Bills have a really good chance of making it if Mahomes is forced to sit out for this week's game due to his injury. They’ve probably had the most consistent defense and quarterback this season and so have the Packers.

My final prediction for the Superbowl, Packers will take the win.
