Valentine's Day is just around the corner and if you’re still wondering what to give your boyfriend, girlfriend, or your best friend, here are some sweet Valentines gifts anyone will love.

1. Gift Baggies

Gift baggies are the perfect gift because they allow you to give whatever you wish in the ideal amount. Cookies, sweets, and more are easy to fit in and are simple gifts you can give to everybody. First, go to the store and buy cellophane bags with unique patterns. Next, take your item of choice and fill the bag. Lastly, knot the bag with a plastic tie, or a red or pink bow.

2. Mason Jar of Love

If you’re leaning towards an actual gift, not candy, filling a mason jar with little notes can be a sincere gesture to your valentine. Buy a mason jar (however big you’d like) and brighten it up with Valentine’s Day themed stickers, glitter, and more. Fill the interior of the jar with cut out notes saying, “I love your ___” or “I appreciate ____”. Put the top back on the jar and voilà, a jar full of all the reasons why you love that special someone.

3. Candy Hearts Garland

Although the name might signify that the gift is made of candy, a Candy Hearts Garland is constructed of paper cutouts of the famous candy, “Sweethearts’'. This gift is adorable for a Valentine's Day Celebration. Print out pictures of your favorite sayings from the “Sweethearts” candy and then cut them out. Punch out holes in the cutouts and choose some ribbon to string through the cutouts. Then when you’re ready, hang the garland up in a doorway, entrance, or wall.

4. Candy Necklace

If you’re looking for an easy DIY gift that is also edible, make a candy necklace. This is another DIY gift that requires “Sweethearts”. The process is simple, choose a piece of string thick enough to carry the candies, and cut a piece long enough to fit around your receiver’s neck. Hot glue two of the same colored candies with the string sandwiched in between the two hearts. Repeat this process until the necklace is finished.

5. Photo Album

My last DIY Valentine’s Day gift is a photo album. It’s a great gift for recalling all the great moments you had with that special person. Take a small box and decorate it to your liking. Then inside fill it with pictures of you and your valentine. Include small notes on the back of each picture, such as how much you love them and your favorite memories. You can also stuff the box with candies and store-bought gifts to make it extra special.
