This Sunday, the veteran experience of Head Coach Bill Belichick and Tom Brady will go head to head against the youthful innovation of Jared Goff and Sean McVay as the Patriots take on the Rams in Super Bowl LIII (53). Rams fans are excited to see the Los Angeles Rams in their first Super Bowl since they returned to Los Angeles.

Our experts here at the Vermilion weigh in on the big game:

I believe that the New England Patriots will take the win for Super Bowl LIII which will take place on February 3rd, 2019. The Patriots have made it to the Super Bowl 10 times.

The Patriots have a legendary offense and Tom Brady is a confident quarterback. Tom Brady threw over 4,000 yards with 29 touchdowns this season.

Julian Edelman is a great wide receiver and he showed us that in the last game against the Kansas City Chiefs. He's scored 6 touchdowns and over 70 receiving yards this season. I’m sure he’ll bring that same game to the Super Bowl and help the Patriots take the lead.

Sony Michel is also another great player that the Rams need to look out for. He has had over 900 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns. The last time the Patriots and Rams were up against each other in the Super Bowl was in 2001.

The Patriots won. Obviously.

This Super Bowl will be a close game, but the Patriots are ready to come back and defend their title against the Rams defense.

The Los Angeles Rams will win Super Bowl LIII. With the number 2 offense in the league, the Rams will surely outrun and outpass the New England Patriots.

With players like Todd Gurley (Running Back) and Aaron Donald (Defensive Tackle), the Rams will have the advantage on offense and defense.

On the offense, Jared Goff (Quarterback) threw over 4,500 yards in the season with 32 touchdowns and Gurley ran for over 1,000 with 17 touchdowns. On defense, Aaron Donald has 20 sacks and 4 forced fumbles.

The Patriots secondary will no doubt struggle trying to stop Goff from throwing the ball to Brandin Cooks (Wide Receiver) and Cooper Kupp (Wide Receiver) and Tom Brady will not stand a chance against this unstoppable defense.

Rams Quarterback Jared Goff. Age: 24.

In the end, it'll be a close game, but I think we know that here in Covina, we'll be happy if the Rams take the trophy.
