I don’t know about you, but food and I have such a good relationship. Except for the fact that if I eat too much I gain weight, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take. I’ve been to a lot different local restaurants, and out of the many different places I’ve experienced, I’ve decided on my local Top 3. All 3 of these restaurants have something that makes me want to go back for more. Here’s why you should try them.

El Llano is a family owned restaurant, which is located in Baldwin Park. More specifically on 13720 Ramona blvd. They serve mariscos, which is spanish for seafood. If you’re unsure on what that is here a list of some of the items on the menu:

  • Tacos
  • Chile Verde
  • Enchilada
  • Coctel de Camaron (shrimp cocktail)
  • Aguachiles (raw shrimp thats cook in chile & lemon)
  • Ceviche ( tilapia, shrimp, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, etc.)

Sushi & Roll is a sushi place, obviously, here in Covina. They don’t just serve sushi but also teriyaki chicken and other stuff. Although I love their sushi, my favorite would be their miso soup, a traditional Japanese soup. Here's a list of my top favorites;

  • #26 Baked Lobster Roll
  • #15 Popcorn Lobster Roll
  • #20 Crunch Roll
  • Combination served with chicken teriyaki, rice, choice of two items, and a salad

Linda’s Burgers is a family owned little burger stop. It's been in the same location from years. Honestly, I prefer it more than In-N-Out. Its definitely a place to try and prices are good, also their service is efficient and friendly. Here’s a couple items:

  • Cheese/Hamburgers
  • Onion Rings
  • Double Cheese Burgers
  • Fries
  • Ice Cream

Every single one of these restaurants are in a reasonable price range and local. They have a variety of items on the menu. Also all these restaurants provide quite the variety of different food from different cultures. You’ve got Mexican food, Japanese food, and American food. I highly recommend trying any of these three restaurants.
