Length: --
Colours: Red from the bottom to the 5.4 digits to the top of the stem (01-057 in Davies's notebook).
Findspots:
Two from below TT 71 by Winlock (01-057 in Davies's notebook and 03-029 in Macadam's Red file).
One from the monastery at Deir el-Bakhit in Dra Abul Naga (Kruck 2012: 154).
Remarks:
The ascribed owner is identical to that of # 80.
The reason for Djehutymose creating two different cones, # 79 and # 80, remains unclear. Nevertheless, the handwriting on both indicates that they were most likely produced by the same person and (therefore) at almost the same time. The only difference between them is the presence or absence of the last word, 'xr nTr aA'. It is possible that # 79 was created to add that. If so, then # 79 was created after # 80 was created.
