Findspots:
Unknown examples from TT 64, TT 81, and TT 84(01-158 in Davies's notebook).
Three from TT 99 (Strudwick and Strudwick 2016: 53).
Five from TT 85 and in the area of AU6000 (Loprieno-Gnirs 2021: 158, n. 40).
107 from TT 84 and the K-453- area. Loprieno-Gnirs also reports that the DAI has recovered 486 Iamunedjeh cones, along with 241 bricks from the TT 84 tomb complex. The LHTT project led by her has also unearthed 168 cones, as well as 108 bricks from AU1000 and tomb -555- thus far (Loprieno-Gnirs 2021: 74; 158, notes 41 and 42).
Remarks:
The ascribed owner is the same as that of # 34, # 281, and # 548.
According to Loprieno-Gnirs, Iamunedjeh initially held # 281, then # 34, # 283, and finally # 548. This is evidenced by the fact that # 281 only refers to Iamunedjeh as 'wHmw-nswt', while on # 34, this title is preceded by 'jmj-rA rwyt', and on # 283, he is now 'wHmw-nswt tpj jmj-rA rwyt'. The titles on # 548, sS wdHw and jmj-rA Snwt t, appear to have been of a higher rank, suggesting that # 548 was likely the last to be made (Loprieno-Gnirs 2021: 75-76). This idea is convincing and this order explains well the hierarchy of titles in his time.
A considerable quantity of # 281 were retrieved from the forecourt of K-453-. On the other hand, the most commonly found # 34 were located in the courtyard of TT 84. According to Loprieno-Gnirs (Loprieno-Gnirs 2021: 75), this fact led to the belief that K-453- was the initial burial ground of Iamunedjeh, and TT 84 was the second tomb. Notably, Elina Grothe had previously implied the relationship between K-453- and # 281 (Gnirs el al. 1997 [MDAIK 53]: 74).
The most peculiar and intriguing fact is that the last cone owned by Iamunedjeh, # 548, has not been found at all around TT 84 or its vicinity. Despite the other three types of cones being discovered in large quantities, and although # 548 bears the most prestigious title, which one would expect the deceased to display prominently, not a single example of this cone has been found near TT 84, and only one instance has been discovered elsewhere (cf. 'Findspots' section of # 548).
