Remarks:
Inv. no. 993X2.79, which is housed in the Royal Ontario Museum, displays a circular dent at its face (see 'Image Gallery' section below). A comparable example is preserved in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, referred to as 15.10.13 (# 558). The cones' halls appear to have been constructed by the ancient Egyptians rather than later generations, as indicated by the fact that the surface inside each hall is also painted white, as are the cones' faces.
