Translation: King's messenger in all foreign lands, inasmuch as he was efficient upon the heart, one to whom was given the gold of praises because of his bravery on numerous occassions, chief of the medjay, Didu justified.

Remarks:
The dimensions, design, text content and handwriting of # 4, # 22, and # 24 suggest that the maker of all three is the same and that they were created at the same time. The reason for the need for three different cones remains unclear and requires further investigation.
