Findspots:
One and eight from TT 103 and TT 112 respectively (01-183 in Davies's notebook).
One preserved in the Metropolitan Museum of Art was from near to TT 103 (28.3.27. This may be the same object as the one mentioned in 01-183 of Davies's notebook).
Remarks:
The cone of the owner's wife is # 312.
The one in the British Museum (EA 62684) has a circular face, although the seal impression is rectangular. In contrast, another one in the MET has a square or rectangular face. The object is pyramidal in shape overall (MET: 28.3.27).
The face of this cone is white but that of the owner's wife is red.
The inv. no. 28.3.27, which is preserved in the MET, is painted white over red throughout, from the top to the bottom. The top part should have been invisible when it was inserted into the wall but even that part is painted neatly.
