Colours: At least its face is red (BM: EA 65190).
Findspots:
One from Mond's excavations in Thebes (James 1959 [JEA 45]: 116).
Remarks:
James was the first to report on it (BM: EA 65190. James 1959 [JEA 45]: 116), but at the time he did not provide a facsimile. In 1972, Hari presented a picture and sketch on Cd'É (Hari 1972 [Cd'É 47]), but later Vivó pointed out that his sketch was faulty. Vivó then made a fresh sketch after personally observing two cones, one housed in the British Museum and the other held in a private collection (Vivó 1997 [BSÉG 21]: 83).
The seal displayed here features a rectangular outline on a circular face.
