Remarks:
There is a scarab of certain Itu in the Museé Jacquemart-André, which was acquired in Cairo in 1901. It is accompanied by an inscription stating that the mother of Itu is named Senet, who is also referred to as Iri(t)nefer(et) (Dewachter 1986 [CdÉ 37]: 53-56). However, it is unknown if the scarab is related to our Itu or not.
