Findspots:
Davies had bought this cone together with # 532 'from tomb in north of D. A. N. (= Dra Abul Naga)' (01-269 in Davies's notebook).
Together with # 532, many from the DAI concession at Dra Abul Naga (Polz 1995a: 216 n. 21).
Two from TT 11–12 area (Galán and Borrego 2006 [Memnonia 17]: 207).
In total of five from 'Areal E' and 'H (Kruck 2012: 91)'.
Remarks:
For the rare expression 'HAtj-a jmn-m-Hb n njwt’, see Assmann 1979 [JEA 65]: 58.
Tomb A. 8 is most likely the same as the tomb numbered -136- by Kampp (Kiser-Go 2006: 244-245).
The ascribed owner is identical to that of # 532, # 667/DAN I, and # 701/B.74.
The Hermitage Museum preserves a statue group of Amunemheb (Piotrovsky, Landa, and Lapis 1974: No. 51).
Bernhard I. Müller provides an example with 'Asjr' at the beginning of the sentence and 'sA' preceding 'sAb' at the bottom line. For further information, see here.
This cone can be subdivided into two. If you compare 'Davies_cone_529_2' with 'Davies_cone_529_3' in the Image Gallery section below, the differences in the thickness of each sign can be found.
