Non so perché stasera penso a te

I haven't seen her again since that time
What will become of my city
I have seen the world and I wonder if
I would be the same if I were still there
I don't know why I'm thinking of you tonight
Flowery road of youth
How I would like to be a tree that knows
Where it is born and where it will die
It is too late to return now
Nobody will recognize me anymore
The evening is a dream that never comes true
Being someone else and instead it's me
I haven't found you since that time
Flowery road of youth
How I would like to be a tree that knows
Where it is born and where it will die
How I would like to be a tree that knows
Where it is born and where it will die
